HERITAGE FOR CHILDREN – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
The Educational Service of the National Archaeological Museum of Sibaritide offers to children aged 6 to 12 years old, the thematic map Discover Your Museum, an educational project on cultural heritage by MiBACT. The recreational and educational activities focus on archaeological finds preserved in the National Archaeological Museum of Sybaris. The young visitors, sort of “little investigators,” in a fun and stimulating way, will discover the history of the ancient population who previously lived in the land of Sybaris. Some exhibits will feature animal figures, while others will recount some of Aesop’s fables.
