Cultura della legalità e green economy, un progetto importante nel cuore dell’area grecanica reggina
Architettura sostenibile ed eco-design al centro del “cantiere didattico” in programma dal 16 al 18 ottobre prossimi alla Placanica Factory di Pentedattilo.
Un’intensa tre giorni, tenuta dall’architetto Elena Trunfio, sui principi teorici dell’eco-design e della progettazione sostenibile, con attività pratiche e la costruzione di arredi in materiale riciclato, tra cui strutture per l’ospitalità diffusa dell’Ecofattoria.
Un’esperienza unica che attraverso il “learning ecology” fornirà ai partecipanti gli strumenti per attuare percorsi di progettazione, finalizzati alla realizzazione di prodotti di arredamento, secondo i principi del minimo spreco e del minimo impatto.
Il cantiere didattico si inserisce nelle varie iniziative in corso negli undici ettari di terra in località Placanica, bene confiscato alla ’ndrangheta divenuto sede di servizi educativi, aggiornamento professionale, ricreativo e turistico.
In questo luogo, nel cuore dell’area grecanica reggina, in una frazione del comune di Melito Porto Salvo, è stato, infatti, avviato il progetto “Green economy e beni confiscati” finanziato dal Dipartimento della Gioventù e del Servizio Civile Nazionale della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, nell’ambito dell’intervento “Giovani per la valorizzazione dei beni pubblici”, che mira alla diffusione della cultura della legalità coinvolgendo le risorse presenti in Calabria, Campania, Puglia e Sicilia.
Il progetto, sostenuto da una rete di realtà attive sul territorio, integra la produzione agricola con la microimpresa di trasformazione agricola, la ricettività rurale e sociale, il turismo consapevole e responsabile, l’educazione ecosostenibile, la valorizzazione del patrimonio enogastronomico e culturale locale.
L’importante iniziativa promossa dalla sezione reggina dell’Arci, soggetto capofila, è stata realizzata in sinergia con il consorzio Terre del Sole, titolare del bene confiscato tramite concessione cinquantennale da parte del Comune di Melito (partner del progetto), con la cooperativa agricola sociale La Nostra Terra e la cooperativa CiSMe, Arci Turismo e le associazioni “Artemide” e “Next”.
Presentato lo scorso aprile, il progetto integrato rivolto a giovani dai 14 ai 35 anni provenienti dalle Regioni Obiettivo Convergenza, ha lo scopo di valorizzare la Placanica Factory, favorendo l’auto-sostenibilità e la piena fruibilità da parte della collettività.
L’iniziativa, finanziata nell’ambito del “patto di azione e coesione giovani no profit”, si dispiegherà in otto microfasi distribuite in 18 mesi, con obiettivi ambiziosi, in primis quello di incrementare le possibilità di accesso dei giovani nel segmento della green economy, usufruendo di un bene confiscato sempre più produttivo in chiave sostenibile e dunque volano di sviluppo di un territorio che dovrebbe puntare sulle produzioni agricole autoctone.

Sustainable architecture and eco-design for an “educational building site” at the Placanica Factory of Pentedatillo, which will be active from October 16 to 18.
During three intense days of work the architect Elena Trunfio will update participants on the basic principles of eco-design and sustainable planning, coordinating them through practical activities such as the creation of pieces of furniture with recycled materials, many of which will be reemployed in the structures belonging to a “network of hospitality” owned by the Ecofactory.
A rather unique experience of “learning ecology” aimed at providing participants with all the necessary skills to carry out the devising and modeling of pieces of furniture according to the principles of minimal waste and low environmental impact.
This “educational building site” is one of many initiatives undertaken in the eleven hectares in the district of Placanica that have been confiscated to ‘ndrangheta and are now being used as the location of educational services and professional updating seminars on themes related to the industries of entertainment and tourism.
It is right in this area near Melito di Porto Salvo, in the heart of Greek Calabria, that a project titled “Green economy and confiscated goods” has been recently set up. The project is financed by the Italian Department of Youth and National Civic Service, in the context of a plan of intervention called “Young people for the promotion of public goods”, aimed at the diffusion of a culture of lawfulness through the use of resources located in Calabria, Campania, Apulia and Sicily.
The project is kept alive by a network of different territorial entities, as it involves agricultural production, the microenterprise culture of agricultural transformation, rural and social receptivity, informed and responsible tourism, education to environmental sustainability and the promotion of our culinary and cultural heritage.
This important initiative promoted by the local office of Arci in Reggio Calabria has been launched in collaboration with the consortium Terre del Sole, to which the confiscated area has been assigned by the Township of Melito (also a partner of the project) for the next five years, with the cooperative associations La Nostra Terra, CiSMe, Arci Turismo and with the associations Artemide and Next.
The project was presented in April and is open to young people in the 13-35 years age bracket, in possession of a regular High school or University degree, who come from one of the so called Convergence regions. Its main objective is the promotion of Placanica Factory, with a view to spreading the culture of self-sustainability and enabling the community to exploit the full potential of this location.
The initiative, financed in the context of the “non-profit agreement for youth organization”, will consist of eight micro-phases in the course of eight months. Its objectives are quite ambitious, as it has the main purpose of increasing youth participation in the field of green economy by letting them make use a confiscated good in order to make it productive through sustainability and a vehicle of social development.

Интенсивных три дня, проведенные по проекту архитектора Елена Тронфио, теоретические принципы эко-дизайна и устойчивого дизайна, с практической деятельностью и строительством мебели из переработанных материалов, в том числе сооружений для гостиничного бизнеса, распространенных Экофакторией.
Уникальный опыт через «обучения экологии” предоставит участникам инструменты для реализации путей дизайна, направленных на реализацию домашнего декора продуктов, в соответствии с принципами минимальных отходов и минимальным воздействием.
Площадка является частью различных образовательных усилий, происходящих на одиннадцати гектарах земли в селе Плаканика, конфискованного имущества местной мафии Ндрангеты, стала домом для образовательных услуг, повышения квалификации, отдыха и туризма.
В этом месте, в самом центре греческой области Реджио, рядом с городом Meлито Порто Сальво, был начат проект “Зеленая экономика и конфискованноге имущество», финансируемый Департаментом по делам молодежи и Национальной гражданской службы президента Совет министров, при содействии “Молодежь за эксплуатацию общественных благ», котораый направлен на распространение культуры законности, включая ресурсы, имеющиеся в Калабрии, Кампании, Апулии и Сицилии.
Проект при поддержке сети организаций, работающих в области, интегрирует сельскохозяйственное производство с микропредприятиями, перерабатывающими сельскохозяйственную продукцию, сельскую и социальную восприимчивость, сознательный и ответственный туризм, устойчивое образование, повышение местной культуры и гастрономического наследия.
Важная инициатива, продвигаемая местным отделением АРЧИ, была реализована в сотрудничестве с консорциумом Терре дель Соле, владельцем конфискованного имущества, на пятьдесят лет концессии муниципалитетом Мелито (партнерами по проекту), и сельскохозяйственного кооператива Социальная наша земля, и кооператива Cisme, ArcI и туристических ассоциаций “Артемида” и “НЕКСТ”.
Введенный в апреле прошлого года интегрированный проект, направленный на молодых людей в возрасте от 14 до 35 лет из объективных регионов конвергенции, направлена на развитие Плаканика фектори, содействуя самостоятельности и эффективному использованию сообщества.
Инициатива финансируется в рамках «некоммерческого пакта действия и сплоченности молодёжи , будет разворачиваться в восьми микрофазы, распределенных на 18 месяцев, с амбициозными целями, в первую очередь, чтобы увеличить доступ молодежи к сегменту зеленой экономики , воспользовавшись имуществом, конфискованным более продуктивными в устойчивой и, следовательно, движущей силой для развития области, которые должны быть направлены на сельскохозяйственное производство коренных народов.
